Spencer Morrison is a director at Leavitt Partners. Spencer works with leadership teams across the healthcare industry, including payers, providers, life sciences, and health technology. In particular, Spencer works with clients navigating the changing healthcare landscape moving from fee-for-service to value-based care leading cross-functional teams of consultants, analysts, and data science experts. Spencer’s recent work has focused on strategic growth, product design and innovation, geographic expansion, risk modeling, and value transformation.
Prior to joining Leavitt Partners, Spencer gained experience as part of the statistical team for a University of Utah think-tank and as a member of the Utah Community Research Group, where he provided market research and data analytics to nonprofit organizations. He also worked as a financial representative and cost accountant developing additional skills and understanding of finance and project management.
Spencer earned his master’s degree in statistics and graduated cum laude with his HBA in economics, both from the University of Utah.
