Jill Donovan is a principal based in Salt Lake City. In this role, Jill is primarily responsible for strategizing with clients, cultivating relationships, and overseeing client management. Jill also provides subject matter expertise and generates national thought leadership related to alternative payment models and care delivery.
Prior to joining Leavitt Partners, Jill was a Vice President and General Manager at Landmark Health where she oversaw a highly innovative care delivery model and multidisciplinary clinical teams centered on the clinically complex segments of the population under commercial payers. Jill is a former VP at Cogent HMG, where she supported the operational management and oversight of hospitalist programs. At Cogent HMG, Jill was responsible for operational and financial performance, as well as regional growth partnering with hospitals, primary care groups, and post-acute care centers to drive value-based care. In her master’s work, Jill’s thesis was centered around rural access issues in supporting the foundation for Oregon’s Coordinated Care Organization.
Jill earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from DePaul University and a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Oregon Health and Science University.
