Bo Nemelka is a managing principal at Leavitt Partners. In this role, Bo manages legacy client relationships and leads the firm’s Salt Lake City consulting team. Bo helps clients develop strategic growth plans and execute on projects aligned to advancing value in healthcare and public health – delivery, payment, and prevention. Bo is actively engaged in business development across the Leavitt Partners/HMA enterprise and in volunteer work throughout the Utah healthcare and education communities.
Prior to joining Leavitt Partners, Bo worked at Intermountain Healthcare and University of Utah Health. At both health systems, he worked directly with senior leadership teams executing top administrative strategic priorities. Particularly at Intermountain Healthcare, Bo successfully led several innovative business and operations projects, leading to significant cost savings and improved administrative efficiency.
Bo was the student body president at the Yale School of Public Health where he earned his graduate degree in healthcare management. Bo earned his bachelor’s in business from the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University. Bo is a published author with Simon & Shuster.
