Salt Lake City, April 4, 2017—Leavitt Partners, a health care intelligence firm, today announced three important changes to its leadership structure: Andrew Croshaw as Chief Executive Officer, Susan Winckler as President of Leavitt Partners Consulting, and Vince Ventimiglia as Chair of the Board of Managers.

Andrew Croshaw joined Leavitt Partners at its foundation early in 2009 and has played an integral leadership role since that time. He most recently served as the President of Leavitt Partners Consulting. Previously he served as a Senior Advisor to the Secretary of U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and has held various leadership roles in the pharmaceutical industry. He holds degrees from Utah State University and the Harvard Business School.

Susan Winckler, a lawyer and pharmacist by training, joined Leavitt Partners full time in 2014, following an affiliation with the firm since 2009. She has managed significant parts of the firm and co-led the firm’s D.C. office. Governor Leavitt will continue to function full time as the firm’s Founder and General Partner. Co-founder Rich McKeown will assume the role of Chair of the Leavitt Partners Board of Directors.
