Thomas Merrill is an Analyst at Leavitt Partners where he works with others on the Leavitt Partners’ team to analyze health care issues, collect and organize information, and assist with client needs.

Before joining Leavitt Partners, Mr. Merrill studied political science at Utah Valley University, cultivating a unique three-part emphasis in U.S. domestic policy, technology-influenced government, and religious pluralism within the United States.

During his time at Utah Valley University, Mr. Merrill co-founded the institution’s pre-law program and went on to serve as its chief justice, overseeing several debates and discussions and voter registration efforts, including the 2008 presidential election.
