Scott Hammer
Scott Hammer is an Analyst at Leavitt Partners where he works with others on the Leavitt Partners’ team to analyze health care issues, collect and organize information, and assist with client needs.
Prior to joining Leavitt Partners, Mr. Hammer served as a volunteer administrative intern and project leader for Shriners Hospital for Children in Salt Lake City, Utah. He provided research and analysis for specialized projects geared toward hospital efficiency, employee productivity, and financial savings. Specifically, he led projects directed at telemedicine cost and benefit as well as strategic research analysis on Ambulatory Surgical Centers.
Mr. Hammer also worked as an Administrative Intern for Intermountain Health Care’s Southwest Region Executive Team at Dixie Regional Medical Center in St. George, Utah where he assisted and developed numerous projects in strategic planning.
Mr. Hammer earned a master’s degree from the University of Southern California (USC) in health services administration and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah.
