Lauren Kelley Driscoll

Senior Advisor

Lauren Kelley Driscoll is a Senior Advisor at Leavitt Partners and brings significant public health and applied health policy expertise to the Leavitt Partners team.

Ms. Kelley Driscoll most recently advised Connecticut gubernatorial candidate Ned Lamont on health policy. She worked with health care stakeholders throughout the state to formulate Mr. Lamont’s health policy positions, with a focus on public health measures, rebalancing Connecticut’s long-term care system, increasing incentives for consumer-driven health care, and initiating state incentives for patient-centered Medical Home care delivery.

Previously, Ms. Kelley Driscoll advised the CEO and served as Corporate Director of Oxford Health Plans. She led Oxfords Medicare Advantage plan over a period of time when membership grew from 80,000 to 150,000 insured. She oversaw the management of the Medicare product group, interfacing with marketing, operations and medical management, and was responsible for regulatory compliance. Prior to Oxford, Ms. Kelley Driscoll served at Beth Israel Hospital as the Administrator for its Cardiology Unit. She also served in the White House on the policy staff for the Task Force on National Health Reform, as proposed by the administration of President Bill Clinton. She supported the “Long Term Care” and “Transition to the New System” working groups.

She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and her master’s in public health from Mailman School of Public Health, Columbia University.
