What we do

The LP Center for Medicaid Intelligence serves as a one stop source of Medicaid fiscal and programmatic information, surveillance of shifts and trends affecting providers and enrollees, and client-specific analyses developed from Leavitt Partners unique experience and intelligence.

Medicaid enrollment could grow by as many as 20 million over the next 8 years to a total of over 75 million by 2019. Declining state revenue, increasing Medicaid enrollment, and federal restrictions are forcing states to reevaluate how care is delivered to Medicaid enrollees. States are looking for the most efficient ways to deliver services and control costs, while still providing a valuable benefit to enrollees. As the health care system transitions to coordinated care and organized delivery systems, state Medicaid programs are, and will continue to be, at the forefront of this movement.
